Behavior Data Specialist

Amber Hallmark is originally from Birmingham, Alabama, and earned her B.A. in Psychology from Auburn University in 2023. She serves as Research Coordinator for the Neurobehavioral Dynamics Lab at Auburn University, where she developed a strong foundation in behavioral data collection and research methodology. In that role, she manages participant recruitment, lab staffing, IRB submissions, and administrative operations supporting translational behavior research.

Amber will join the Yellowhammer Behavioral Consulting full-time in summer 2026 as a Behavior Data Specialist and is currently pursuing her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Her role builds directly on her research background by applying behavioral learning principles in direct service settings while developing clinical skills in behavior intervention support and program implementation.

Amber’s long-term goal is to earn a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She is drawn to the field for its evidence-based foundation and its focus on meaningful, measurable outcomes for the individuals it serves.

Outside of work, Amber enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time outdoors with her dog, Pippin.
